Welcome to Supertalk ("we," "our," or "us"). Supertalk is an AI Talkjournal application that enables users to engage in voice conversations with an AI system, with all content being privately stored and encrypted for the user's personal reference and use.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Supertalk, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in agreement with Human Dev, Inc. a Delaware Corporation. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

3. Eligibility

To use Supertalk, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have a valid US phone number
  • Be located in or a resident of Canada, United Kingdom, or the United States of America.
  • Provide accurate registration information, including your first name, last name, and birthdate

4. Account Creation and Security

4.1 Account Registration

You must create an account to use Supertalk by providing:

  • A valid US, UK, or Canada phone number
  • Your first and last name
  • Your birthdate
  • A Secret Key of your choosing

4.2 Secret Key

  • Your Secret Key is crucial for accessing your encrypted data
  • We do not store or have access to your Secret Key
  • If you lose your Secret Key, your data cannot be recovered
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Secret Key

5. Service Description

5.1 Basic Service

Supertalk provides an AI-powered conversational journaling service that:

  • Enables voice conversations with an AI system
  • Stores encrypted transcripts of your conversations
  • Uses your conversation history to provide personalized responses
  • May be free or paid, with certain features potentially requiring payment in the future

5.2 Data Storage and Privacy

  • All conversation data is encrypted using your personal Secret Key before storage
  • Data is stored on servers located in the United States
  • We cannot access your encrypted conversation content

6. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

  • Attempt to hack, damage, or compromise the Supertalk service
  • Use the service for any illegal purposes
  • Attempt to bypass any service limitations or security measures
  • Share accounts or Secret Keys with others
  • Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the service

7. Data Retention and Deletion

7.1 Data Retention

  • Your encrypted data is retained as long as you maintain an active account
  • We maintain backups of encrypted data for up to 60 days

7.2 Account Deletion

  • You may delete your account at any time
  • Upon deletion, your data will be removed from production servers
  • Backup copies may be retained for up to 60 days before complete deletion

8. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue features of the service
  • Introduce new features or functionality
  • Change pricing structure with appropriate notice
  • Update these Terms of Service

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms of Service
  • Engage in malicious usage
  • Attempt to hack or harm the service
  • Violate applicable laws

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUPERTALK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
