  • Your Secret Key (stored only on your device)

This information is collected through third-party services we employ as a customer (like Amplitude and Datadog) and is not personally identifiable.

3. How We Use Your Information

3.1 Conversation Data

  • Stored in encrypted form on US-based servers
  • Encrypted using your personal Secret Key before transmission
  • Used to provide personalized AI responses to you
  • We cannot access the decrypted content of your conversations

3.2 Analytics Data

Used to:

  • Improve service performance
  • Understand usage patterns
  • Diagnose technical issues
  • Enhance user experience

4. Data Storage and Security

4.1 Encryption

  • All conversation data is encrypted using your personal Secret Key
  • Encryption occurs on your device before transmission
  • We do not have access to your Secret Key
  • We cannot decrypt your data without your Secret Key

  • All data is stored on servers in the United States
  • Third-party AI services may process data according to their policies

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not share your personal information except:

  • To protect our rights or property
  • To prevent fraud or abuse

  • We retain your encrypted data as long as you maintain an active account
  • Upon account deletion, data is removed from production servers
  • Backup copies may be retained for up to 60 days
  • Analytics data is retained in aggregate, non-identifiable form

  • Supertalk is not intended for users under 13 years of age
  • We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13
  • If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it
